At Mysore Yoga School, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and inspiring environment for all students. To ensure a smooth and fulfilling experience, all students and visitors are requested to read and adhere to the following policies.
1. General School Policies
Enrollment & Payment Policy
- To secure a seat in any course, an advance payment is required.
- Advance payment is non-refundable, but it can be used to postpone your course within one year from the original course start date.
- Full payment in cash is preferred, although other payment methods (bank transfer, online payment) are accepted.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the course to receive certification.
Cancellation & Postponement Policy
- Since advance payment is non-refundable, students can reschedule their course within one year.
- Rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance and confirmed by the school.
Accommodation Policy
- Shared and private accommodations are available.
- Students must maintain cleanliness and respect roommates.
- Mysore Yoga School is not responsible for personal belongings; valuables should be secured.
Health & Safety Policy
- Students must inform the school of pre-existing medical conditions.
- Participation in yoga classes is at the student’s own risk.
- Travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
- First aid facilities are available on-site.
Code of Conduct
- Respect instructors, fellow students, and school property.
- Maintain punctuality and attendance.
- Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited on campus.
- Photography and recording during classes require prior permission.
Certification Policy
- Students must attend a minimum of 90% of the course to qualify for Yoga Alliance certification.
- Participation in practical teaching sessions and evaluations is mandatory.
2. Terms & Conditions
- By enrolling in any course, you agree to comply with all school policies and guidelines.
- Mysore Yoga School reserves the right to modify course schedules, fees, or policies at any time.
- The school is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or accidents during the course.
- All course materials, manuals, and online content are intellectual property of Mysore Yoga School and cannot be reproduced without permission.
- Any dispute arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
3. Privacy Policy
- Mysore Yoga School respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, payment details) is collected only for enrollment, communication, and course administration purposes.
- We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent.
