Dr. Srinatha is the Founder and Director of Yoga With Srinatha, with 30+ years of experience in the field of yoga education and practice. He is a senior teacher of Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga, widely respected for his depth of knowledge, precision, and commitment to authentic yogic traditions. Dr. Srinatha has trained extensively under renowned masters, including learning and receiving inspiration from B. K. S. Iyengar, one of the most influential yoga teachers of modern times. His teaching reflects the principles of alignment, stability, and therapeutic awareness central to the Iyengar tradition, combined with the strength, discipline, and dynamic flow of Ashtanga Yoga, firmly rooted in classical Hatha Yoga. With a strong focus on alignment, breath awareness, sequencing, and safe practice, Dr. Srinatha integrates traditional yogic wisdom with modern anatomical and therapeutic understanding. Chakkali Naresh
Founder and Director
Sai Naresh, as he is known by his friends and students, is the founder and principal instructor of Lalitha Yoga Academy (LYA). Born and brought up in Puttaparthi, famous as the birthplace of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and one of the important spiritual places of India, he started his yoga career in 2016 as a meditation teacher and then continued his studies in Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa flow, and teachers training course certification. He is currently teaching and practicing Multi-style yoga. Naresh started his deep meditation and self-discovery journey in Arunachala, the home of the great Sri Ramana Maharshi, where he was inspired to follow the path of yoga and become a yoga teacher. He joined Shivananda ashram in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, where in 2016 he graduated his Teacher Training Course. In 2017 he did Ashtanga TTC in Mysore, followed by the TTC in kerala and also in Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala in 2018. He moved to the famous beach town Varkala in 2018 to dedicate to yoga teaching in different schools and resorts. Becoming an influential and known yoga teacher, Sai Naresh was invited to teach dozens of times in Russia, Germany, Italy and Austria. All of this further evolved his own practice and expertise, which led him to open the Lalitha Yoga Academy in 2023 with its own dedicated ashram and resort on Varkala North Cliff.

He supports students with a clear, structured, and practical understanding of yoga practice, bridging traditional methodology with modern anatomical and physiological knowledge to ensure safe and confident practice. As a Yoga Methodology teacher, Ravi emphasizes sequencing, class structure, cueing, adjustments, and ethical teaching practices. Sahana P R is a dedicated yoga teacher and educator specializing in Yin Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, and Applied Yoga Anatomy. With a strong foundation in traditional yogic principles and modern anatomical understanding, she offers a safe, mindful, and compassionate approach to teaching. His responsibilities include overseeing room arrangements, cleanliness standards, maintenance coordination, and shared facility management. Kumar B R understands that a harmonious living space is essential for students engaged in intensive yoga and wellness training. He ensures that accommodation areas are maintained with care, safety, and discipline, allowing students to feel settled and supported throughout their stay. In addition to his accommodation responsibilities, Kumar B R also shares his passion for rhythm and music as a Djembe Instructor for students. Through his djembe classes, he introduces students to the fundamentals of rhythm, coordination, and group drumming. His djembe classes are not only musical but also therapeutic, supporting stress release, mindfulness, coordination, and group harmony.
