YOGA VACATION OR RETREAT

Mysuru is a majestic, mysterious city. It has inherited all Indian traditions with modernity. It's phenomenal character is best expressed by its everlasting youthful spirit historical and heritage buildings and it is the cultural capital of Karnataka. Known the world over for exotic sandalwood and rosewood artifacts, stone sculptures, wooden inlay handicrafts, incense sticks and the ancient Indian Yogic form Ashtanga Yoga.

Yoga Vacation or Retreat is a withdrawal to focus on the practice of yoga. A retreat can be solitary and/or local, but often involves a trip to a location that offers group yoga activities. Concept of retreats is to leaning toward more affordable getaways. The purpose of a retreat is to allow yogis to deepen their practice without the distractions of life.

The range of activities includes yoga classes, meditation, massage and sightseeing. Focus on mindful awareness and the spiritual practice of yoga with the guidance of an instructor, will tend the yogis in learning to let go of distractions as they immerse themselves in asana, meditation and pranayama practices. The retreat may also focus on eating habits and the practice of Ayurveda to improve overall physical and spiritual health, as well as instruction in yogic philosophy.
